Dr. Kevin J. McRae is a physician in his hometown of Columbus, Georgia. Previously, he served as the Chairman of the Obstetrics and Gynecology department at St. Francis hospital. Dr. Kevin delivers a highly personal and caring approach to healthcare and places a special emphasis on patient education and counseling. He understands that every woman is an individual, and he provides personalized, evidence-based care to all. In addition to his focus on delivering world-class preventative care that aims to improve maternal morbidity and mortality outcomes, Dr. McRae has a special interest in minimally invasive gynecologic surgery and robotics. Dr. Kevin J. McRae is Board Certified. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecology. Dr. McRae is a member of the National Medical Association and Georgia State Medical Association. Dr. Kevin received his medical training at St. Matthew’s University, then completed his residency training at Meharry Medical College. During his residency, Dr. Kevin J. McRae was honored with several awards and presented research at a national medical conference. He is a member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. Dr. Kevin J. McRae’s personal interests include skiing, fishing, live music, cheering on his beloved Atlanta Braves, and spending time with his wife and two children.
